…Or get baked by the UV transilluminator.  Figure 1 shows Liisa, the day after sacrificing her vision for the sake of helping us excise gel bands:

And the other TA?  Didn’t even make it to the lab.

Lab coordinator on the situation: “Well, that wasn’t very bright.”

The worst part was that she didn’t even realize she was making a pun.
